DESCRIPTION

This genset is equipped with a Cummins KTA50-G3 V16 turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled diesel engine, delivering 1000kW prime power at 50Hz with a rated speed of 1500r/min. Mechanical direct-injection works together with a high-performance air-to-air aftercooler. The large-displacement V16 block provides sufficient power reserve, smooth power output under heavy-load conditions, and strong transient load acceptance. It is suitable for continuous prime-power supply for mega-projects, standby power for critical infrastructure, and cyclic rental duties for heavy-duty works. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized, and trailer-mounted forms, it is suitable for 1000kW V16 heavy-output diesel gensets, mega-project prime power skids, and critical-site rental power packs for super-large mines, large petrochemical complexes, heavy metallurgical bases, and large-scale remote off-grid projects. It is designed for long-term full-load operation and severe irregular load fluctuations.

Durable mechanical injection components benefit from a complete global spare-parts supply chain and good compatibility with various field-grade diesel fuels, making on-site troubleshooting and maintenance easier. Calibrated for 50Hz power standards, it maintains controllable voltage-frequency fluctuation under large step-load input and quickly restores stable power output. The high-strength V-type cylinder block and extra-large forged crank-and-connecting-rod assembly provide high rigidity, low vibration, and long fatigue-resistant service life. Dual large-capacity water-cooling systems and high-flow multi-stage dust-proof intake systems are designed for extreme hot and dusty field conditions. The complete electrical protection system provides alarm and automatic shutdown functions for high temperature, low oil pressure, overload, and overspeed. Generous service space helps reduce full-lifecycle maintenance costs for high-power gensets.
