This genset is fitted with Cummins QSB6.7-G4 inline six-cylinder electronically controlled turbocharged after-cooled diesel engine, delivering 150kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed of 1500r/min. Equipped with common-rail injection and turbo after-cooler to boost intake charge, it has ample power reserve and strong anti-shock loading capacity, suitable for long-hour continuous prime-power supply, standby power and high-intensity project rental scenarios. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized and trailer-mounted forms, it fits 150kw common rail diesel genset, heavy cycle site power unit and mid-industrial continuous power pack for medium-large mine locations, infrastructure projects, building-material processing plants and industrial park auxiliaries. It endures frequent large-scale on-site load swings.
The common-rail electronic system achieves fine fuel atomization and complete combustion with excellent fuel economy under variable-load conditions. Calibrated for 50Hz operation, it limits voltage-frequency drop under large step-load input and delivers fast recovery for stable power output. High-strength cast iron block and forged-steel crank-connecting-rod assembly bring low vibration and long anti-fatigue service life. Expanded large-flow water cooling and multi-stage dust-proof intake adapt to harsh hot-dusty outdoor environments. Intelligent electronic protection module supports fault code reading and alarm-shutdown for high temperature, low oil pressure, overload and overspeed. It simplifies trouble-shooting and on-site service to cut full-lifecycle maintenance expenditure.
