This genset is driven by Weichai WP13D317E301NG inline six-cylinder turbocharged natural gas engine, delivering 250kW prime power at 60Hz with rated speed 1800r/min. It accepts natural gas landfill gas biogas and industrial process tail gas, serving as high-power industrial gas power unit optimized for 60Hz operating conditions. It targets scenarios of 250kw 60hz waste-to-energy gas genset parallel ready gas power equipment and high output biogas generation unit.
It applies to landfill site energy recovery large biogas plants primary and backup power for large manufacturing facilities and large-scale commercial distributed energy projects. It supports multi-unit parallel connection combined heat and power system and large mobile power station rental service. Electronic control unit tolerates variable gas composition and executes closed-loop air-fuel ratio control for high thermal conversion efficiency and economical gas consumption. Open-frame silent canopy and containerized versions are available. Heavy-duty reinforced water cooling sustains long-time operation under hot and dusty harsh conditions. Full-range intelligent protection with remote monitoring triggers alarm and shutdown for abnormal water temperature oil pressure gas pressure and overspeed.
