This genset is equipped with Weichai 12M33G10N0/5 V12 large-displacement turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled natural gas engine, delivering 800kW continuous power at 50Hz with rated speed 1500r/min. It works with heat-value fluctuating gas sources including natural gas coal-bed methane landfill gas and industrial syngas, serving as high-power V12 base-load gas power equipment. It targets scenarios of 800kw 50hz v12 continuous-run gas genset high-efficiency waste-gas recovery power skid and grid-tied large gas power station.
It provides steady base-load power for huge industrial bases coal mine gas resource utilization and large landfill power generation projects and super-large distributed energy sites. It supports multi-unit grid parallel connection and large-scale combined heat and power system for long-term non-stop constant-load operation and large stationary power station rental. Lean-burn electronic control realizes independent cylinder monitoring and adjustment with strong resistance to variable gas composition and high comprehensive power generation efficiency. Open-frame silent canopy and containerized versions are available. Extra-large-capacity closed-loop water cooling handles harsh hot and dusty outdoor conditions.
