This genset is powered by Cummins 6BTAA5.9-G12 inline six-cylinder turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled diesel engine, delivering 120kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed of 1500r/min. Mechanical direct-injection fuel supply and air-to-air aftercooler raise air-intake density for sufficient power reserve and remarkable continuous heavy-load output, suitable for continuous prime-power supply, standby guarantee and high-intensity rental duties. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized and trailer-mounted forms, it fits 120kw heavy load diesel genset, industrial site power skid and project rental power assembly for medium mine stations, large-scale infrastructure sites, building-material processing plants and medium-small industrial parks. It withstands frequent large-amplitude on-site load fluctuations.
The mechanical injection system features solid construction and universal spare parts with good adaptability to various grades of field diesel fuel. Calibrated for 50Hz operation, it brings limited voltage-frequency drop under sudden heavy-load input and recovers stable power supply rapidly. Reinforced inline six-cylinder block and forged-steel crank-connecting-rod assembly ensure smooth low-vibration operation and great anti-fatigue durability. Large-flow water cooling and multi-stage dust-proof intake adapt to harsh hot-dusty outdoor conditions. Full integrated protection control system offers alarm and automatic shutdown for high temperature, low oil pressure, overload and overspeed. Centralized service points for core components simplify on-site maintenance and cut full-lifecycle maintenance costs.
