GENERATOR SET STRUCTURE

open type/silent type/trailer mobile

This genset is driven by Cummins 6BTAA5.9-G2 inline six-cylinder turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled diesel engine, delivering 100kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed of 1500r/min. Mechanical direct-injection fuel supply and two-stage intake cooling optimize air charge for full power output and strong continuous loading capacity. It works for long-term prime-power continuous operation, standby power and project rental equipment. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized and trailer-mounted forms, it fits 100kw high output diesel genset, field continuous power skid and mid-scale industrial power backup unit for mine exploitation sites, large construction yards, food processing factories and medium-small industrial parks. It copes with large frequent on-site load variations.

The mechanical direct-injection system has low failure rate and mature spare-part supply chain with good compatibility for diesel under non-standard working conditions. Calibrated for 50Hz power standards, it keeps controllable voltage-frequency disturbance under wide-range step-load and restores stable output quickly. Reinforced six-cylinder block and high-strength forged-steel crank-connecting-rod assembly achieve excellent vibration control and long anti-fatigue service life. Increased-flow water cooling and multi-stage dust-proof intake guarantee stable long-run performance in hot and dusty outdoor environments. Full-set electrical protection module provides alarm and automatic shutdown for high temperature, low oil pressure, overload and overspeed. Reasonably arranged service points facilitate on-site maintenance and reduce full-lifecycle unit costs.
