This genset adopts Weichai 16M33G6N0/5 V16 large-displacement turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled natural gas engine, delivering 1100kW continuous power at 50Hz with rated speed 1500r/min. It handles complex gas sources such as natural gas coal-bed methane landfill gas and industrial associated gas, serving as megawatt-class heavy-duty continuous-running gas power equipment. It targets scenarios of 1100kw 50hz megawatt class gas genset mine-site gas recovery power unit and island mode gas power station.
It delivers base-load power for huge industrial facilities coal mine gas utilization landfill waste-to-energy projects and megawatt-level island-mode independent power stations. It supports multi-unit cluster parallel connection and large combined heat and power system for non-stop constant-load operation and large stationary power station rental. Lean-burn electronic control includes knock and misfire monitoring protection, cylinder-individual combustion adjustment to resist gas composition fluctuation with low lube-oil consumption and high comprehensive generation efficiency. Open-frame silent canopy and containerized versions are available. Large-capacity dual-loop water cooling adapts to harsh outdoor conditions with wide temperature variation. Full-range safety protection and remote intelligent service interface trigger alarm and automatic shutdown for abnormal water temperature oil pressure gas pressure and overspeed. Robust V16 block features reasonable service access layout, long overhaul interval and complete spare-part supply to cut full-lifecycle maintenance expenditure for megawatt-scale gas power stations.
