This genset is equipped with Weichai 16M33G6N0/5 V16 large-displacement turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled natural gas engine, delivering 1000kW continuous base-load power at 50Hz with rated speed 1500r/min. It supports heat-value fluctuating gas sources including natural gas coal-bed methane landfill gas and biomass syngas, acting as V16 ultra-large-displacement base-load gas power equipment. It targets scenarios of 1000kw 50hz v16 continuous base load genset biomass-to-power gas power skid and multi-megawatt grid parallel gas unit.
It applies to coal mine methane resource utilization landfill waste-to-energy projects steady base-load power for heavy-industrial bases and megawatt-level distributed energy sites. It supports multi-unit parallel connection for power station clusters and large combined heat and power system for non-stop constant-load operation and large stationary power station rental. Lean-burn electronic control delivers refined cylinder-by-cylinder combustion management and adapts to variable gas composition with outstanding comprehensive generation efficiency. Open-frame silent canopy and containerized versions are available. Dual-loop large-capacity water cooling withstands hot and dusty harsh conditions. Full-range safety protection and remote service interface trigger alarm and automatic shutdown for abnormal water temperature oil pressure gas pressure and overspeed.
