This genset is powered by Weichai 12M26G2N0/5 V12 turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled natural gas engine, delivering 500kW continuous power at 50Hz with rated speed 1500r/min. It works with variable-composition gas sources such as natural gas coal-bed methane biogas and industrial associated gas, as heavy-duty V12 large-displacement base-load gas power equipment. It targets scenarios of 500kw 50hz v12 continuous gas genset bio-energy recovery power skid and grid connected gas power plant.
It applies to large coal mine gas utilization projects large-scale bio-energy treatment facilities non-stop base-load power for huge industrial parks and large distributed energy projects. It supports multi-unit grid parallel connection and combined heat and power system for long-term constant-load operation and large stationary power station rental. Lean-burn electronic control provides precise cylinder-by-cylinder combustion management and tolerates methane fluctuation for outstanding power generation efficiency. Open-frame silent canopy and containerized versions are available. Heavy-duty large-capacity water cooling adapts to hot and dusty outdoor conditions. Full-range protection with remote communication interface triggers alarm and automatic shutdown for abnormal water temperature oil pressure gas pressure and overspeed. Robust V12 block owns long overhaul interval and complete spare-part supply to cut full-lifecycle maintenance expenditure for large gas power stations.
