DESCRIPTION
This genset is equipped with a CUMMINS WP10D200E300NG inline six-cylinder turbocharged natural gas engine, delivering 150kW prime power at 50Hz with a rated speed of 1500r/min. It works with various industrial gas sources, including natural gas, biogas, coal-bed methane, and refinery tail gas, as heavy-duty industrial gas power equipment. It is designed for applications such as 150kW heavy-duty natural gas gensets, syngas power generation units, and industrial continuous gas power systems.
It can serve as primary power for medium industrial plants, large biogas treatment stations, waste gas recovery projects, industrial park backup power systems, and medium distributed gas power stations, and is also suitable for medium- and long-term power station rental. The electronic control unit adapts to variable gas quality and automatically adjusts the air-fuel ratio for complete combustion and economical gas consumption, supporting long-term full-load continuous operation. Open-frame, silent canopy, and containerized versions are available. The reinforced water-cooled system is suitable for high-temperature and dusty conditions. Complete intelligent protection provides alarm and automatic shutdown functions for abnormal water temperature, oil pressure, gas pressure, and overspeed. Sufficient power reserve ensures stable output during sudden load changes. Mature spare-parts supply and long maintenance intervals help reduce long-term operating costs for industrial projects.
