This genset is equipped with Weichai 16M33G6N0/6 V16 large-displacement turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled natural gas engine, delivering 1000kW continuous power at 60Hz with rated speed 1800r/min. It works with multi-composition gas sources such as natural gas oilfield associated gas landfill gas and industrial process tail gas, as megawatt-grade heavy-duty V16 gas power equipment. It targets scenarios of 1000kw 50hz containerized v16 gas genset industrial waste-heat utilization power unit and epc project gas power module.
It provides base-load power for large industrial EPC projects oil-gas processing plants landfill resource recovery and large comprehensive energy sites. It supports multi-unit parallel connection for big power station clusters and waste-heat recovery systems for long-term full-load non-stop operation and large modular power station rental. Lean-burn electronic control integrates real-time knock and misfire monitoring, optimizes cylinder-by-cylinder combustion dynamically to adapt to variable gas composition with low lube-oil consumption. Open-frame silent canopy and containerized modular versions are available. Large-capacity dual-loop water cooling adapts to hot and dusty harsh conditions. Full-range protection and remote monitoring trigger alarm and automatic shutdown for abnormal water temperature oil pressure gas pressure and overspeed. Robust V16 block adopts modular maintenance design with long overhaul interval and complete spare-part system to reduce full-lifecycle cost for EPC projects.
