This genset is powered by Cummins NT855-G1A inline six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, delivering 250kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed of 1500r/min. Built on traditional mechanical injection solution with large-displacement layout, it owns generous torque reserve and great short-term overload margin for long-duration heavy-duty continuous operation, covering prime-power, emergency backup and high-intensity project rental demands. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized and trailer-mounted forms, it fits 250kw heavy displacement diesel genset, mine site continuous power unit and large project standby power pack for large mine zones, huge construction sites, heavy-manufacturing plants and big industrial supporting projects. It endures sustained heavy loads and large-magnitude frequent load shocks.
Simple and reliable mechanical injection enjoys abundant spare-part stock and broad fuel compatibility with low-threshold field maintenance. Calibrated for 50Hz power standards, it produces limited voltage-frequency fluctuation under sudden heavy-load input and restores stable output quickly. Heavy reinforced cylinder block and thickened forged-steel crank-connecting-rod assembly bring high structural rigidity and excellent shock-resistant durability. Large-capacity water cooling and heavy multi-stage dust-proof intake adapt to extreme hot-dusty field conditions. Full-function electrical protection system provides alarm and automatic shutdown for high temperature, low oil pressure, overload and overspeed. Open-layout service points simplify disassembly and repair to cut full-lifecycle maintenance costs.
