DESCRIPTION
This genset is equipped with Cummins NT855-GA inline six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, delivering 200kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed of 1500r/min. Featuring mature mechanical injection and large-displacement block, it provides abundant torque reserve and remarkable overload resistance with strong adaptability to harsh working conditions, suitable for long-time continuous prime-power supply, standby support and long-term rental operations. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized and trailer-mounted forms, it fits 200kw large displacement diesel genset, heavy-duty project prime power unit and mining area power generation pack for large mine yards, big construction sites, heavy-processing factories and large industrial supporting projects. It sustains continuous heavy loads and frequent on-site load fluctuations.
The mechanical injection system adopts proven technology with globally accessible spare parts and good compatibility with various diesel fuels. Calibrated for 50Hz operation, it maintains controllable voltage-frequency drop under heavy step-load input and restores stable output rapidly. Large-displacement reinforced cylinder block and heavy-duty forged-steel crank-connecting-rod assembly deliver high rigidity and long-term service life. Large-capacity water cooling and heavy-duty dust-proof intake adapt to harsh hot-dusty field environments. Complete electrical protection system triggers alarm and automatic shutdown for high temperature, low oil pressure, overload and overspeed.
