This genset is fitted with Weichai WP4D77E300NG inline four-cylinder turbocharged natural gas engine, delivering 60kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed 1500r/min. It supports multiple gas sources including natural gas biogas and liquefied petroleum gas as a clean gas power solution. It targets scenarios of 60kw lpg gas genset industrial biogas power unit and mid-size natural gas power plant. It works as primary or backup power for medium-small factories biogas treatment projects agricultural energy facilities commercial parks and distributed energy stations and supports project rental service.
Electronic control system realizes accurate closed-loop air-fuel ratio adjustment for full combustion economical gas consumption and good emission performance, enabling long-time continuous loaded operation. Open-frame and silent canopy versions are available. Water-cooled system adapts to variable high and low temperature conditions with low vibration level. Complete protection module provides alarm and automatic shutdown for water temperature oil pressure gas pressure and overspeed. It features long service interval widely available spare parts and centralized service points to cut long-term operating cost for medium-term and long-term gas power projects.
