This genset adopts Weichai WP4D40E200NG four-cylinder natural gas engine with 25kW prime power output at 50Hz and rated speed of 1500r/min. It supports multiple combustible fuels including natural gas and biogas. With compact layout, low gas consumption and eco-friendly emission performance, it serves as backup power for small commercial sites, power supply for biogas projects, distributed gas supply stations, small business buildings and off-grid field projects, and supports rental operation for energy projects. It targets application scenarios of 25kw natural gas backup genset, biogas powered generator unit and small scale gas power station.
Electronic control system delivers precise closed-loop air-fuel ratio adjustment for stable combustion and low misfire rate. Long service interval cuts long-term operation cost. It can be supplied in open-frame or silent canopy version with effective vibration control and low operating noise. Integrated safety protection module triggers alarm and shutdown against abnormal water temperature, oil pressure overspeed and gas pressure. Spare parts are widely accessible with centralized service points. The unit adapts well to outdoor temperature variation for long continuous running of small and medium gas power projects.
