GENERATOR SET STRUCTURE

open type/silent type/trailer mobile

This genset is fitted with Cummins NT855-G7A inline six-cylinder turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled diesel engine, delivering 350kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed of 1500r/min. Combined mechanical injection and air-to-air aftercooler deliver sufficient intake charge. The large-displacement block provides abundant torque reserve and strong heavy-shock load tolerance for long-term continuous prime-power supply, emergency backup and heavy-duty project rental duties. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized and trailer-mounted forms, it fits 350kw large displacement aftercooled genset, heavy-duty mining power skid and large-scale project standby power unit for large mining bases, big infrastructure hubs, heavy metallurgical processing plants and large industrial parks. It withstands sustained heavy loads and frequent large-magnitude load jumps.

Proven mechanical injection enjoys wide-spread spare parts and good compatibility with various field-grade diesel fuel for easy on-site service. Calibrated for 50Hz power standards, it creates minor voltage-frequency disturbance under large step-load input and restores stable output quickly. Heavy reinforced cylinder block and thickened forged-steel crank-connecting-rod assembly bring high structural rigidity and long anti-fatigue service life. Extra-large-capacity water cooling and heavy multi-stage dust-proof intake adapt to harsh hot-dusty field surroundings. Complete electrical protection system provides alarm and automatic shutdown for high temperature, low oil pressure, overload and overspeed. Ample service space reduces full-lifecycle maintenance costs for high-power gensets.
