This genset is powered by Cummins 6BTA5.9-G2 inline six-cylinder turbocharged after-cooled diesel engine, delivering 90kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed of 1500r/min. Mechanical direct-injection combined with turbo after-cooled system improves intake efficiency with abundant torque reserve and agile transient load response, applicable for continuous prime-power supply, emergency backup and high-frequency rental duties. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized and trailer-mounted forms, it fits 90kw turbo aftercooled diesel genset, heavy-duty rental power skid and mid-size industrial standby unit for medium mine sites, engineering construction yards, agricultural product processing plants and medium-small industrial zones. It adapts to frequent load fluctuations caused by working condition switches.
The mechanical injection system owns solid structure and widely circulated spare parts with great tolerance for different grades of diesel fuel. Calibrated for 50Hz operation, it creates slight voltage-frequency drop under step-load impact and recovers rapidly for stable power quality. Reinforced inline six-cylinder block and forged-steel crank-connecting-rod assembly produce low vibration and excellent anti-fatigue durability. Reinforced water cooling and multi-stage dust-proof intake suit hot and dusty field environments. Complete protection control system supports alarm and automatic shutdown for high temperature, low oil pressure, overload and overspeed.
