This genset is powered by Cummins 4BTA3.9-G11 inline four-cylinder turbocharged after-cooled diesel engine, delivering 60kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed of 1500r/min. Mechanical direct-injection and turbo after-cooled system provide sufficient intake charge for steady sustained power output and good short-term overload capacity, suitable for continuous prime-power supply, standby service and short-term rental operations. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized and trailer-mounted forms, it fits 60kw continuous duty diesel genset, worksite heavy cycle power unit and light commercial power generation pack for medium remote construction sites, small mine locations, light-industry processing plants and regional commercial supporting projects. Single-unit operation tolerates frequent load fluctuation to guarantee stable equipment performance.
The mechanical injection system features reliable structure and mature spare-part supply chain with desirable fuel consumption under continuous medium-high load conditions. Calibrated for 50Hz power standards, it produces minor voltage-frequency disturbance and fast recovery during sharp load changes for stable power quality. Reinforced cylinder block and forged-steel crankshaft assembly offer great anti-fatigue property and low vibration level. Expanded water-cooling radiator and multi-stage dust-proof intake adapt to dusty and humid outdoor working surroundings. Complete electrical protection system triggers alarm and automatic shutdown for high temperature, low oil pressure, overload and overspeed.
