This genset is equipped with Cummins 4BT3.9-G2 inline four-cylinder diesel engine, delivering 30kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed of 1500r/min. It adopts mechanical direct injection system and integrated block design with reduced component count and high power density, delivering sharp transient load response for both prime-power and emergency backup applications. Available in open-frame, silent canopy, containerized and trailer-mounted forms, it fits 30kw rental grade diesel genset, remote site prime power unit and compact industrial backup power pack for medium-small construction sites, field work camps, township supporting facilities and small commercial premises. Independent single-unit operation adapts to fluctuating on-site load demands.
The mechanical direct-injection structure offers strong impurity resistance and good compatibility with commercial diesel fuels, achieving remarkable fuel economy under partial-load conditions. Calibrated for 50Hz operation, it generates minor voltage-frequency fluctuation during sudden load changes for stable power output. Forged steel crankshaft and camshaft improve durability with effective vibration suppression. Compact water-cooling radiator and high-efficiency dust-proof intake work reliably under humid and dusty outdoor conditions. Complete basic protection system triggers alarm and shutdown for high temperature, low oil pressure and overload. Centralized service points and highly universal spare parts shorten on-site repair time and cut full-cycle maintenance costs for medium-small gensets.
