DESCRIPTION

This genset adopts a CUMMINS WP13D317E300NG inline six-cylinder turbocharged natural gas engine, delivering 250kW prime power at 50Hz with a rated speed of 1500r/min. It supports natural gas, biogas, coal-bed methane, and industrial tail gas, serving as high-power industrial gas power equipment. It is designed for applications such as 250kW grid-parallel gas gensets, multi-cylinder industrial gas power units, and CHP-compatible gas generators.

It provides primary power for large industrial plants, large-scale biogas stations, and industrial waste-gas recovery projects, and can also serve as backup power for large industrial parks. It supports multi-unit grid-parallel operation, combined heat and power applications, and large-scale power station rental. The electronic control system adapts to various gas sources with closed-loop air-fuel ratio adjustment for uniform cylinder combustion and low gas consumption, enabling stable long-term full-load operation. Open-frame, silent canopy, and containerized versions are available. The reinforced water-cooled system withstands a wide ambient temperature range. Full intelligent protection supports remote monitoring and provides alarm and shutdown functions for abnormal water temperature, oil pressure, gas pressure, and overspeed. Sufficient power reserve helps ensure stable grid-tied output. Long overhaul intervals and a mature spare-parts supply help reduce overall operating costs for large gas power stations.
