This genset is driven by Weichai 12M26G2N0/6 V12 turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled natural gas engine, delivering 500kW continuous power at 60Hz with rated speed 1800r/min. It suits variable-composition gas sources including natural gas oilfield associated gas landfill gas and syngas, acting as V12 large-displacement continuous-load gas power unit optimized for 60Hz conditions. It targets scenarios of 500kw 60hz v12 base load gas genset oilfield associated-gas power skid and modular chp gas power unit.
It supplies power for oil-gas field sites landfill resource recovery non-stop power for heavy-industrial bases and large-scale distributed energy projects. It supports multi-unit parallel connection and modular combined heat and power system for 24-hour constant-load long-term operation and large stationary power station rental. Lean-burn electronic control carries out cylinder-individual adjustment and adapts to methane content fluctuation with high power generation efficiency. Open-frame silent canopy and containerized versions are available. Heavy-duty large-capacity water cooling withstands hot and dusty harsh outdoor conditions. Full-range protection with remote data communication triggers alarm and automatic shutdown for abnormal water temperature oil pressure gas pressure and overspeed. High-rigidity V12 block features long overhaul interval and mature spare-part supply to ease long-term maintenance burden for large gas power stations.
