This genset is equipped with Weichai 6M33G6N0/5 inline six-cylinder large-displacement turbocharged air-to-air aftercooled natural gas engine, delivering 400kW continuous base-load power at 50Hz with rated speed 1500r/min. It accepts variable-composition gas sources including natural gas coal-bed methane biogas and associated refinery gas, as heavy-duty base-load gas power unit for 50Hz operation. It targets scenarios of 400kw 50hz base load biogas genset heavy-duty syngas power skid and grid tie gas power generation unit.
It provides non-stop base-load power for large industrial facilities coal mine gas utilization projects large-scale biogas plants and distributed energy stations for big industrial parks. It supports multi-unit grid connection and combined heat and power system for long-term constant-load operation and stationary power station rental. Lean-burn electronic control delivers cylinder-individual combustion management, tolerates gas heat-value fluctuation with high power generation efficiency and economical gas consumption. Open-frame silent canopy and containerized versions are available. Large-capacity closed-loop water cooling ensures stable performance under hot dusty complex outdoor conditions. Full-range protection with remote data interface triggers alarm and automatic shutdown for abnormal water temperature oil pressure gas pressure and overspeed. Robust large-displacement block has service access windows for convenient inspection. Long overhaul cycle and complete spare-part supply reduce long-run maintenance cost for large gas power stations.
