This genset adopts Weichai WP13D317E300NG inline six-cylinder turbocharged natural gas engine, delivering 250kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed 1500r/min. It supports natural gas biogas coal-bed methane and industrial tail gas, serving as high-power industrial gas power equipment. It targets scenarios of 250kw grid-parallel gas genset multi-cylinder industrial gas power unit and chp compatible gas generator.
It provides primary power for large industrial plants large-scale biogas stations and industrial waste gas recovery projects, acts as backup power for big industrial parks. It supports multi-unit grid parallel operation combined heat and power application and large-scale power station rental. Electronic control system adapts to various gas sources with closed-loop air-fuel ratio adjustment for uniform cylinder combustion and low gas consumption, enabling stable long-term full-load operation. Open-frame silent canopy and containerized versions are available. Reinforced water-cooled system withstands wide ambient temperature range. Full intelligent protection supports remote monitoring and triggers alarm and shutdown for abnormal water temperature oil pressure gas pressure and overspeed.
