Natural Gas Generator Sets

This genset adopts Weichai WP10D180E301NG inline six-cylinder turbocharged natural gas engine, delivering 100kW prime power at 50Hz with rated speed 1500r/min. It supports natural gas, biogas and liquefied petroleum gas, acting as clean gas power equipment specially tuned for 50Hz operating conditions.

It serves as primary or backup power for medium-small processing plants, biogas recovery power generation for livestock farms, power supply for industrial parks and off-grid commercial power in remote zones. Electronic control system carries out closed-loop air-fuel ratio adjustment for full combustion and economical gas consumption with strong adaptability to high and low temperature surroundings.

Water-cooled system provides high heat dissipation efficiency with low operating vibration. Integrated full-range protection system triggers alarm and automatic shutdown for abnormal water temperature, oil pressure, gas pressure and overspeed. Long service interval, widely supplied spare parts and centralized service points cut long-run operating cost for industrial gas projects.
